University of Alabama Chaplaincy
Jeremiah Castille is entering his 25th year as chaplain to the University of Alabama football team—a remarkable quarter century of faithful presence, spiritual leadership, and unwavering commitment to the men he serves. In a world where seasons change quickly, Jeremiah’s consistency has become a cornerstone.
As chaplain, Jeremiah’s role has extended far beyond game days. For decades, he has walked alongside players, coaches, and staff through celebration and crisis.
Ordained as a minister in 1999, Jeremiah brings pastoral wisdom shaped by lived experience as a former elite athlete who understands the unique pressures of high-level competition. His ability to relate authentically and speak truth with compassion has earned him the trust of generations of players.
Over the course of 25 years, Jeremiah has impacted thousands of lives through relationships built over time. His calling has never been about prominence, but about presence. A quarter century in, Jeremiah Castille continues to serve with humility and a deep belief that faith, when lived authentically, has the power to transform lives.

Castille Character Camps
Founded in 2008, Castille Character Camps served youth from ages 6-18 across Alabama and the Carolinas through two-day football camps centered on faith, leadership development, character building and athletic training – building athletes who lead with purpose and integrity.
